Work with us to pick your lot, floorplan, and front elevation. You will have a personal contact to keep you informed along the build process. It takes about 4 weeks after signing your purchase agreement until we begin to dig your basement!

Drafting & Selections

2 Weeks

House plans will be drafted and you can then make your personal home selections.

Construction

90 Days

It's time to sit back and relax! Construction will begin after a building permit is received. Then we can schedule a closing date once the windows are installed. The owner will personally oversee every detail of your home and provide you with pictures and updates regularly. You will meet with us on-site at specific milestones during construction to walk through the progress, answer any questions, and approve the placement of lighting and electrical components.

Closing & Move In

4 Months Start to Finish

Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy your New Home Orientation and walk-through with us. We will make sure you know how everything works in your brand new home. You're now ready to close and move in!
